About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Mall Engineer to join our team in Malolos, Central Luzon. This is an on-site position that requires a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with at least two years of experience in building or facilities management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of mall facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure mall equipment and facilities are in good operating condition.
• Maintain maximum efficiency of AC equipment and electrical systems.
• Oversee water facilities and sewage treatment plant operations.
• Manage kitchen exhaust equipment and generators.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades.
• Document maintenance activities and report issues promptly.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• At least two years of experience in building or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical installations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills in English (C1 level).
• Willingness to work on-site in Malolos.
