About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Quezon City. This is an onsite position where you will evaluate customer interactions to enhance their experience. You will work closely with the Customer Service department to ensure quality standards are met. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and analyze customer interactions to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assist in auditing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure quality standards.
  • Review and assess operational procedures for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Coordinate logistics and conduct related audits to maintain compliance.
  • Facilitate calibration sessions with the Customer Service team to align on quality metrics.
  • Support administrative tasks and quality recognition programs to promote excellence.
  • Participate in special projects as needed to drive improvements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 6 months of customer service or call center experience.
  • Ability to understand and manipulate data for effective reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
