About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Internal Compliance Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is essential for ensuring that our operations adhere to internal policies and external regulations. You will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our compliance processes across various departments. Responsibilities

  • Conduct surprise cash counts and float checks to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Perform periodic stock counts across retail outlets and warehouses to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Review wastage reports within food and beverage operations to identify improvement areas.
  • Support compliance investigations by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
  • Monitor ride operators to ensure adherence to established safety rules.
  • Assist in developing compliance monitoring dashboards using key risk indicators.
  • Prepare timely compliance reports that highlight any exceptions or issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the Compliance department as needed.
  • Travel between parks and attractions to conduct on-site checks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is required.
  • Completed or in final stages of CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Internal Audit role.
  • Strong report writing skills to create clear and concise documentation.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and issues in data.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for reporting and presentations.
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization is preferred.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
