We are looking for a Mid-Level Storekeeper to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is essential for managing inventory and ensuring smooth operations. You will work on-site, overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. Your attention to detail will help maintain accurate records and organized storage areas. Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and deliveries.
  • Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper inventory labeling.
  • Issue materials and spare parts as requested by maintenance teams.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management.
  • Maintain inventory records and stock registers, either manually or using a system.
  • Conduct periodic stock checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure safe storage practices and uphold housekeeping standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2–4 years of storekeeping or warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Experience in facilities management, engineering, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory systems are beneficial.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
