Junior Sales Customer Service Representative - On-site in Pasay

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pasay. In this role, you will provide excellent service to our customers and help them with their needs. You will also have the chance to upsell products and enhance customer satisfaction. This position is on-site, allowing you to work closely with your team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Educate customers about our products and services.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products.
• Handle incoming calls from existing customers with care.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of customer service experience in the BPO sector.
• Completed senior high school or at least 2nd year in college.
• Must reside within Metro Manila or Cavite area.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
