About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will promote and sell industrial welding products across the UAE market. You will build strong relationships with customers and find new business opportunities. A valid UAE Driving License is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell industrial welding products across the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and generate new leads.
  • Visit clients and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries to close sales.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding deliveries and payments for smooth transactions.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets to contribute to company growth.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in industrial product sales or a related field.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this role.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
