About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Virtual Branch Associate to join our team in Quezon City. This role is essential for providing excellent customer service and support. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with account issues and service requests.

Requirements

  • College level or vocational graduate.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications like Word and Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in outbound sales is a plus but not required.
