About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Customer Service and Cashier to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves direct interaction with customers and requires a strong understanding of cash handling and customer service principles. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a similar position and be ready to contribute to a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store animal feed products according to company standards.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Assist customers and the sales team by providing product information and processing orders.
  • Handle sales transactions and ensure accurate cash register records.
  • Coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods and arranging deliveries as needed.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Follow Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) for product handling and storage.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales and stock reports as required.
  • Be flexible with working hours and available for overtime as needed.
  • Participate in stock count activities on a regular basis.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Be willing to relocate occasionally as part of duty rotation.

Requirements

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
