Mid-Level Customer Service and Cashier On-site in Abu Dhabi

About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Customer Service and Cashier to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves direct interaction with customers and requires a strong understanding of cash handling and customer service principles. Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store animal feed products according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Assist customers and the sales team by providing product information and processing orders.
• Handle sales transactions and ensure accurate cash register records.
• Coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods and arranging deliveries as needed.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Follow Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) for product handling and storage.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
• Prepare and submit daily sales and stock reports as required.
• Be flexible with working hours and available for overtime as needed.
• Participate in stock count activities on a regular basis.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate teamwork.
• Be willing to relocate occasionally as part of duty rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and MS Access.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Good Warehouse Practices (GWP).
• Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of animal feed products is a plus.
