As a Language Specialist focused on English and Telugu, you will play a crucial role in enhancing AI model performance through rigorous evaluation and analysis. • Conduct thorough fact-checking using reliable public sources and external tools.
• Generate high-quality human evaluation data by identifying strengths and weaknesses in AI responses.
• Assess the reasoning quality, clarity, tone, and completeness of model-generated responses.
• Ensure that AI responses are consistent with expected conversational behavior and system guidelines.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Native proficiency in Telugu and excellent written skills in English.
• Significant experience working with large language models.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Background in domains requiring structured analytical thinking is preferred.
