About the Role
We are seeking a Language Specialist for English and Telugu - Remote to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in enhancing the performance of AI models by providing high-quality evaluation data. You will work with a leading AI research lab, helping to ensure that our language processing systems meet the highest standards of accuracy and effectiveness. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough fact-checking using trusted public sources and external tools.
- Generate high-quality human evaluation data by identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and factual inaccuracies in responses.
- Assess the reasoning quality, clarity, tone, and completeness of AI-generated responses.
- Ensure model responses align with expected conversational behaviors and system guidelines.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Native speaker of Telugu with excellent writing skills in English.
- Significant experience using large language models.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities.
- Background in domains requiring structured analytical skills.
- Prior experience with RLHF, model evaluation, or data annotation is preferred.
- Experience in writing or editing high-quality content is a plus.
- Ability to compare multiple outputs and make fine-grained qualitative judgments.
