About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Power Electronics Engineer to join our team in Santo Tomas, CALABARZON. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing projects.
  • Expertise in power converter topologies and semiconductor devices.
  • Proficiency in simulation tools for circuit design.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB design tools for effective layouts.
  • Knowledge of thermal management and EMC design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
