About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team in Santo Tomas, CALABARZON. • Inspire and develop teams to achieve operational goals.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in manufacturing methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Experience managing teams and driving performance.
• Understanding of risk management and compliance practices.
• Results-driven and adaptable to changing environments.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
