About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Application Appeals Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. In this role, you will manage the appeals process for SSDI and SSI applications. Responsibilities

  • Manage the SSDI and SSI application appeals process effectively.
  • Review denied SSDI claims and related records thoroughly.
  • Request and track medical records for each case.
  • Assist in preparing appeal packets for submission.
  • Conduct calls to clients regarding the status of their appeals.
  • Track appeal deadlines and filing requirements closely.
  • Handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality.
  • Update activities in the CRM system accurately.
  • Coordinate with team members about case statuses regularly.
  • Verify the accuracy and consistency of all information provided.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a BPO setting.
  • Strong phone skills and clear communication abilities.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • High attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
