About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Onboarding Associate to join our team in Cebu. This is an on-site position where you will play a key role in welcoming new employees. You will help streamline the onboarding process and ensure that new hires feel supported from day one. If you have a degree in Psychology or Business Administration and strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with HR and Operations Departments to coordinate onboarding tasks.
  • Organize and streamline the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Follow up with new employees to ensure they complete onboarding tasks.
  • Collect pre-employment requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Attend audit meetings and training sessions to ensure compliance.
  • Send out monthly lists of newly hired employees to relevant departments.
  • Assist in conducting New Hire Orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Prepare job offers and training agreements for new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration.
  • Strong attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Good English communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications for daily tasks.
  • Willing to work full-time on-site and on holidays.
  • Able to work occasional overtime as needed.
  • Experience in HR processes is a plus.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
