About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level ATR Specialist to join our team in Santa Rosa City, CALABARZON. This role is essential for ensuring the delivery of quality ATR services. You will work closely with our finance team to support various accounting functions. This is an onsite position, allowing you to engage directly with your colleagues and contribute to our collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality ATR services meet Service Level Agreements.
  • Perform daily and monthly tasks like preparing and posting journal entries.
  • Support the monthly preparation of financial statements accurately.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Resolve open or unreconciled items promptly.
  • Help establish strong accounting controls within the team.
  • Assist in internal and external audit processes effectively.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve accounting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ATR or General Ledger.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and presentations effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
