Responsibilities

• Prepare account reconciliations for cash and cash equivalent accounts.
• Utilize the FSS account reconciliation process effectively.
• Perform monthly cash analysis to identify trends and issues.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items promptly.
• Propose journal entries for posting as needed.
• Track cash in depot, cash in transit, and cash suspense accounts.
• Analyze miscellaneous balance sheet accounts for accuracy.
• Handle inquiries received through the group mailbox efficiently.
• Identify and implement improvements to tasks and processes.
• Occasionally act as the ReconNET Administrator.
• Administer JP Morgan and Citidirect Access as required.
• Prepare and update the current work plan regularly.
• Attend functional training and participate in self-study courses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience in finance, accounting, or audit roles.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in learning and using digital tools and technologies.
• Experience with digital tools is a plus.
