About the Role

We are looking for an On-site Accounting Analyst to join our team in Makati, National Capital Region. This role involves managing financial records and ensuring accurate invoicing for our customers. You will work closely with various teams to support our financial operations. This position is not remote; you will be expected to work on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send accurate invoices to trade and non-trade customers.
  • Follow up with customers on past-due accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Ensure cash receipts are applied to the correct customer account.
  • Generate and analyze reports, such as AR aging and sales statistics.
  • Process month-end closing tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Calculate and post revenue accrual entries for financial reporting.
  • Prepare royalty calculations and related reports for tax authorities.
  • Reconcile trade receivables and miscellaneous AR accounts regularly.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant SOX rules for financial compliance.
  • Support stabilization of newly migrated processes within the team.
  • Apply productivity tools and emerging technologies as needed.
  • Coordinate with the team for IUAS-wide projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain updated process records for operational efficiency.
  • Attend relevant meetings to discuss financial updates and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset for customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data effectively.
  • Good oral and written communication skills for clear updates.
  • Enjoy working with diverse cultural backgrounds in a team.
  • Experience in JDE, SAP, or S4 Hana is a plus.
  • Lease accounting background is advantageous.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave
