About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Beverage Manager to join our team in Metro Manila. This role is crucial for overseeing the operations of our cocktail bar and beverage services. You will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. Your expertise will help us enhance our beverage quality and maximize profits.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the cocktail bar and beverage services.
  • Report performance metrics to the Director and Assistant Director.
  • Maximize profits by refining beverage quality standards.
  • Maintain high staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build relationships with new customers and retain existing guests.
  • Source quality wines at competitive prices.
  • Create innovative promotions to boost outlet revenues.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and fire safety standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an international hotel.
  • At least 2 years as a Beverage Manager in a hotel.
  • Knowledgeable in P&L reports and financial tracking.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
  • Well-versed in wines and alcoholic beverages.
  • Up to date with new beverage trends.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
