Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the service industry.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required for effective communication.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
  • Experience in property or facilities management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with government contracts and tendering processes is advantageous.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
