• Review financial and balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Update standard cost and transfer price tables to reflect current market conditions.
• Gather and maintain actual data on workforce costs for accurate budgeting.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Validate and process data using financial analysis tools for informed decision-making.
• Maintain historical data for budget preparation and future forecasting.
• Track internal orders of capital expenditure to ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Conduct inventory counts to verify stock levels and accuracy.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Have at least three years of experience in product cost accounting.
• Possess three years of experience in production or inventory planning in food manufacturing.
• Preferably be a licensed Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Show attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Think creatively to solve problems and improve processes.
