About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a strong background in customer service and experience with ERP SAP systems. You will work on-site and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met efficiently. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee order-related tasks across Middle Eastern countries to ensure smooth operations.
  • Liaise with customers and manage the entire order process from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service to customers.
  • Manage and review tasks such as OTIF, SLOB, and Back Orders for efficiency.
  • Process customer orders accurately in the ERP system to maintain records.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensure accuracy in order processing and maintain proper records.
  • Propose improvements to enhance work processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cooperation between customer service and field teams for effective service.

Requirements

  • University graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP SAP systems for order processing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
