We are looking for a Mid-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team in Makati, National Capital Region (NCR). This role is on-site and requires fluency in both English and Mandarin. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience managing customer expectations effectively.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
