Mid-Level Duty Engineer (On-site)

About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Duty Engineer to join our team in Metro Manila, NCR. This is an on-site position, where you will ensure that hotel equipment and facilities are maintained to high standards. You will work closely with a team of technicians to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Your role will involve checking daily utility readings and conducting shift briefings. You will also manage energy costs and perform spot checks on personal grooming and hygiene standards. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in mechanics and electricity, as well as knowledge of OH&S policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel equipment and areas are maintained according to standards.
• Check daily utilities readings for operational efficiency.
• Conduct shift briefings for operational requirements.
• Manage technicians for machinery maintenance.
• Organize energy management functions.
• Monitor energy costs and expenditures.
• Perform spot checks for personal grooming and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in the same field.
• Certificate from Technical College in Mechanics or Electricity.
• Demonstrates high quality work.
• Fluent in English and local language (C1 level).
