• Ensure compliance with aviation security rules and standards.
• Execute the UPS Aviation Security Local Operating Plan effectively.
• Assist in managing aviation security operations during incidents.
• Implement the Quality Assurance Program to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate contract management for third-party screeners.
• Support field security tasks to enhance safety.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the transportation or airport industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma is preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated individual.
