About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level F&B Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will oversee daily operations in our food and beverage service. You will work closely with staff to ensure a high standard of service. This position requires a minimum of four years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Your ability to connect with people and provide excellent service will be key. You will coach and train team members, helping them grow in their roles. This is an on-site position, and fluency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
