About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Finance Analyst to join our team in Taguig, National Capital Region (NCR). This role is essential for supporting our financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting. As a Finance Analyst, you will work closely with various departments to analyze financial data and provide insights that drive business decisions. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or cost management.

Responsibilities

  • Support month-end closing by reviewing operational and financial data.
  • Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
  • Analyze production yields, inventory movements, and cost trends.
  • Prepare and analyze periodic cost reports for management.
  • Track cost drivers and operational KPIs to enhance performance.
  • Develop and maintain rolling forecasts for financial planning.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process to align with strategic goals.
  • Act as a finance partner to operations and supply chain teams.
  • Prepare and submit reports aligned with regional and corporate requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CA are preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in manufacturing or agribusiness is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
