Responsibilities

• Handle clearance and tracking of air shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate effectively between consignees, UPS brokers, and internal customers.
• Ensure timely clearance of shipments while following customs rules.
• Prepare and submit various reports related to brokerage operations.
• Assist in validating KPI details and findings for performance tracking.

Requirements

• Experience in brokerage operations for air and ocean shipments.
• Strong knowledge of customs compliance and regulations.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Experience in KPI monitoring and performance assessment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
