Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Logistics Support Officer to join our team in Taguig, National Capital Region. This is an onsite position, and we seek someone who can start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics and experience in a BPO setup. You will coordinate with local and regional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Track inbound deliveries using various tools to ensure timely arrivals.
  • Identify delayed shipments and escalate issues to relevant teams.
  • Oversee outbound deliveries and provide additional services as needed.
  • Update weekly warehouse backlog and transit time records.
  • Assist in resolving delivery quality issues promptly.
  • Monitor quality-blocked inventory and report problems.
  • Support coordination of rework activities to improve efficiency.
  • Facilitate updates of missing dimensional and volumetric details.
  • Coordinate weekly inventory transfer requests to maintain stock levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics-related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or BPO.
  • Familiarity with SAP software for logistics management.
  • Ability to work onsite in Taguig and start immediately.
  • Experience with Australian and New Zealand accounts is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.

  • Mandatory contributions

    Employer must contribute to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG on the employee's behalf.
