About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Manufacturing & Process Development Engineer I to join our team in Tanauan, CALABARZON. This is an onsite position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related fields. You will be responsible for developing manufacturing processes for connector production, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product launches and improve manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop connector manufacturing processes from raw materials to final assemblies.
  • Guide teams to create manufacturable processes and cost-effective solutions.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for both low and high volume manufacturing.
  • Define requirements for automation development processes.
  • Challenge product designs for manufacturability and cost feasibility.
  • Ensure timely product launches with cross-functional teams.
  • Document processes including DFM, tooling specifications, and work instructions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in precision assembly or automation development.
  • Basic knowledge of materials and component processes.
  • Data-oriented problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience in shop floor environments.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Requirements

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
