About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Engineering Systems Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role involves overseeing and enhancing engineering IT systems. You will work closely with various teams to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet business needs. This position is on-site and requires a strong technical background.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize engineering IT systems functionality.
  • Develop and implement changes for system improvement.
  • Oversee testing and acceptance of engineering systems during updates.
  • Act as the main point for business intelligence system development.
  • Manage iPad application policies and usage.
  • Develop technology solutions for engineering and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct business process mapping for engineering changes.
  • Gather report requirements and evaluate development solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Develop AMOS training modules for engineering teams.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates of engineering systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for system integration.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on engineering systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in AMOS, Airvault, and RFID Aero check.
  • Experience with business intelligence systems and report development.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
  • Strong teamwork and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and show resilience in changing environments.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
