As an Operations Analyst, you will collaborate with other analysts to review operational data and identify trends. Your insights will play a key role in our revenue management discussions. This is an onsite position, allowing for direct collaboration with your colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations Analysts to review data and identify trends.
• Participate in revenue management calls and share operational insights.
• Support the rollout of best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Act as a liaison for General Managers to ensure effective talks.
• Gather feedback from hotel teams and recommend practical solutions.
• Provide performance updates and key metrics to General Managers.
• Assist in the rollout of new operational initiatives.
• Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in operations or hospitality management.
• Experience in supporting multi-unit operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Highly organized with skills in project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
