About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Operations Analyst to join our team in Taguig, National Capital Region. This role is crucial for supporting our operational goals and enhancing efficiency. As an Operations Analyst, you will collaborate with other analysts to review operational data and identify trends. Your insights will play a key role in our revenue management discussions. This is an onsite position, allowing for direct collaboration with your colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Operations Analysts to review data and identify trends.
  • Participate in revenue management calls and share operational insights.
  • Support the rollout of best practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison for General Managers to ensure effective talks.
  • Gather feedback from hotel teams and recommend practical solutions.
  • Provide performance updates and key metrics to General Managers.
  • Assist in the rollout of new operational initiatives.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in operations or hospitality management.
  • Experience in supporting multi-unit operations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Highly organized with skills in project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
