• Audit sites to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Conduct audits based on SOPs and recommend process enhancements.
• Identify and analyze data from various sources to drive decisions.
• Anticipate implications based on current data and market trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in employee and performance oversight.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or 2+ years at Amazon.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong skills in data analysis and process improvement.
• Experience in stakeholder management and team leadership.
