We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager to join our team in Quezon City. This is an onsite position where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Evaluation, Acquisition, and Training Unit to enhance product features at events.
  • Secure product quotations from partner representatives to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Validate Price Request Forms prepared by the Product Assistant for accuracy.
  • Request Notice of Price Approval from the Pricing Unit to streamline processes.
  • Communicate approved NPA to stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
  • Approve related forms in order processing to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and update the Sales pipeline to track progress effectively.
  • Report Sales pipeline status to management and foreign partners for transparency.
  • Collaborate on repositioning non-moving products to boost sales.
  • Support the Sales Division with product-related inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide sustainable solutions for client concerns to improve service quality.
  • Recommend measures for improving work systems to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Holder of any degree, preferably in Library Science, Information Technology, Education, or Business.
  • At least three years of experience in a related field to ensure expertise.
  • Minimum one year in a supervisory or managerial role to demonstrate leadership.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficient in computer-based and web-based applications for daily tasks.
  • Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience in project management to oversee product development.
  • Strategic thinking skills to align product goals with business objectives.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
