About the Role

The Future Talent Program Lead will oversee the Emirati Future Talent Traineeship Programme in the UAE. This role requires strong leadership and people management skills to guide Emirati talent through their professional development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and mentoring, ensuring trainees are well-integrated into the business. Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of the Emirati Future Talent Traineeship Programme.
  • Serve as a mentor and career coach for Emirati Talent Trainees.
  • Coach departmental managers on trainee development strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to integrate trainees into business activities.
  • Track and report on trainee performance and programme outcomes.
  • Lead the recruitment process for new trainee cohorts.
  • Ensure adherence to Tesla's policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Emirati/UAE National with family book.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in talent development.
  • Demonstrated track record in coaching and developing talent.
  • Strong understanding of Tesla's ecosystem and products.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid UAE/GCC Driving License required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
