About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Purchase to Pay Analyst to join our team in Santa Rosa City, CALABARZON. This role is essential for managing our accounts payable processes. Responsibilities

• Process payments and reconcile accounts daily.
• Coach and mentor team members for their growth.
• Improve processes and tools in Accounts Payable.
• Enhance workflows through digitization and automation.
• Participate in projects for the Accounts Payable Regional Center of Excellence.
• Engage with stakeholders regionally and globally.
• Ensure adherence to team procedures and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with account reconciliation tasks.
• Familiarity with Shared Services or Regional Center of Excellence.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
