About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Purchase to Pay Analyst to join our team in Santa Rosa City, CALABARZON. This role is essential for managing our accounts payable processes. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations. This position is on-site, allowing for direct collaboration with your colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Process payments and reconcile accounts daily.
  • Coach and mentor team members for their growth.
  • Improve processes and tools in Accounts Payable.
  • Enhance workflows through digitization and automation.
  • Participate in projects for the Accounts Payable Regional Center of Excellence.
  • Engage with stakeholders regionally and globally.
  • Ensure adherence to team procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Experience with account reconciliation tasks.
  • Familiarity with Shared Services or Regional Center of Excellence.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay
