About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Quality Control Officer to join our team in Taguig, National Capital Region (NCR). This role is essential for ensuring that our operations meet the quality standards set by the Transport Authority. As a Quality Control Officer, you will work on-site, conducting inspections and providing support to our drivers. Your expertise will help maintain high-quality service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to guidelines set by the Transport Authority.
  • Conduct daily quality checks and inspections to identify issues.
  • Report daily on errors and areas needing improvement.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess operational efficiency.
  • Assist drivers on-site with any issues and provide guidance.
  • Offer site assistance based on Transport Authority requirements.
  • Perform frequent spot checks and field visits to ensure compliance.
  • Build relationships with Transport Authority Quality Control Inspectors.
  • Collaborate within the business to uphold quality standards.

Requirements

  • High School Certification or Diploma is required.
  • Knowledge of quality aspects as per industry standards.
  • Valid LMV Driving License is necessary.
  • Good communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Competent IT skills, including MS Office and DAX.
  • Ability to adapt to the organizational culture.
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
