Responsibilities

  • Support product innovation initiatives to enhance our food offerings.
  • Assist in tracking food and packaging costs to optimize budgets.
  • Coordinate quality control activities for our franchised brand incubation.
  • Maintain accurate records of product standards and compliance.
  • Conduct replication and validation tests to ensure product quality.
  • Participate in market and competitor product evaluations to inform strategy.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for formulations and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in BS Food Technology or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Research and Development or Quality Assurance.
  • Basic knowledge of culinary concepts to support product development.
  • Professional Food Technologist license is a plus.

Requirements

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.

  • Mandatory contributions

    Employer must contribute to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG on the employee's behalf.
