Senior Scientist On-site in Dubai

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Scientist to join our team in Dubai. This on-site position requires a strong background in beverage product development and a passion for innovation. You will play a key role in enhancing our product offerings while collaborating with various stakeholders across the EMEA region. If you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field, and at least five years of relevant experience, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Support the beverage application laboratory to enhance product quality.
• Develop finished applications that meet customer specifications.
• Take ownership of customer projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Create and adapt taste samples based on customer feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across EMEA to drive project success.
• Coordinate multiple customer projects to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Have a minimum of five years of experience in beverage product development.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of product processing and ingredient interactions.
• Exhibit excellent project management skills to oversee tasks.
• Communicate fluently in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Possess good IT skills, including experience with SAP and Salesforce.
• Show a passion for developing innovative solutions in the beverage industry.
• Maintain a collaborative mindset to work effectively with teams.
