Senior Flavorist – Food Innovation Lab, Dubai

About the Role

Join our Food Innovation Lab in Dubai as a Senior Flavorist. This is an onsite position where you will play a key role in developing exciting flavors for our beverage portfolio. You will work closely with a team of experts and have the chance to mentor trainee flavorists. Your experience will help drive innovation and enhance our product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative flavors for various beverage types.
• Support the execution of beverage initiatives.
• Mentor trainee Flavorists across the EMEA region.
• Identify gaps in our beverage portfolio.
• Assist in Sales and Marketing activities.
• Improve creative processes and workflows.
• Spot new business opportunities in beverages.

Requirements

• 10+ years of flavorist experience.
• Science degree or higher, preferably in chemistry or food science.
• Completed training at a recognized flavor school.
• Full knowledge of flavor raw materials.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong project management skills.
