About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Technical Analyst to join our team in Quezon City, National Capital Region (NCR). This hybrid role allows for a mix of on-site and remote work, providing flexibility while ensuring collaboration with your team. You will play a crucial part in supporting and maintaining critical applications across Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM). Your expertise in release management and business analysis will be essential in driving our projects forward.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain critical applications across GWAM.
  • Coordinate application releases ensuring timely and compliant deployments.
  • Manage Change tickets for applications handled by the squad.
  • Execute deployments during scheduled release windows.
  • Perform release readiness activities and maintain documentation.
  • Coordinate Disaster Recovery testing and penetration testing activities.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Strong analytical and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask independently and within a team.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
  • Familiarity with JIRA Software and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of ITIL practices.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.
