About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Synthetic Flight Examiner to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a strong background in aviation and flight training. You will conduct evaluations and assessments of pilots using Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs). Your expertise will help ensure that pilots meet the required standards for proficiency.

As a key member of our training team, you will provide valuable feedback to enhance our training programs. This position is onsite in Dubai, and we offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pilot proficiency evaluations using Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs).
  • Evaluate pilot performance during training sessions to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Complete and submit examination reports and assessments for review.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.
  • Provide constructive feedback to training management to improve programs.
  • Support the development of training programs based on evaluation outcomes.

Requirements

  • Hold a CPL, MPL, or ATPL license with active examiner experience.
  • Have a minimum of 12 months as an active Examiner in aviation.
  • Possess at least 1500 hours of flight time on multipilot aircraft.
  • Demonstrate advanced communication and leadership skills.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
