• Conduct Dive Deep sessions and quality calibrations for continuous improvement.
• Support the New Hire certification program to ensure readiness.
• Design and maintain learning materials for ongoing training.
• Modify training style to accommodate different learning techniques.
• Partner with management to achieve overall learning goals.
• Track feedback for training sessions to improve future programs.
• Identify training needs and provide effective solutions.
• Support Transition to Production during peak periods.
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth processes.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Have 3+ years of experience in a Training and Quality role.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in finance quality assurance.
• Possess 2+ years in communication programming and projects.
• Show proficiency in MS Office tools for effective training.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective training delivery.
