As an Asset Disposal Supervisor in Cebu, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of retiring company assets. This role requires a keen focus on financial recovery and ensuring that all processes comply with local rules. You will work closely with various stakeholders to manage asset disposal effectively. Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of retiring company assets to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Ensure financial recovery and adherence to local rules during asset disposal.
  • Process accreditation for bidders and service providers efficiently.
  • Review and analyze Certificates for Disposal (CFD) for accuracy.
  • Validate and inspect assets before receiving them for disposal.
  • Conduct bid proceedings and negotiate terms with bidders.
  • Handle the sourcing and disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
  • Organize and file all disposal documents for easy access.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
