About the Role

We are seeking an On-site Audit Officer to join our team in Pasig, National Capital Region (NCR). This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and improving our processes. As an Audit Officer, you will work closely with various departments to maintain high standards of documentation and process management. This position is not remote; you will be required to work on-site, fostering collaboration and communication with your colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain the Document Control Policy to ensure compliance.
  • Assist departments in creating and updating the Policies and Procedures Manual.
  • Evaluate and assess current processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare the annual process audit plan to guide audit activities.
  • Conduct process audit engagements to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Prepare individual project plans for long-term engagements to track progress.
  • Assist in identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in document control and process documentation.
  • Strong skills in process improvement and auditing.
  • Project management experience to oversee audit projects.
  • Familiarity with balanced scorecards for performance tracking.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in audits.
  • Experience as an auditor is a plus but not mandatory.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.
