About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Manager to join our team in Dubai. This on-site position will focus on managing all aspects of contracts and financial oversight for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management and cost control, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all contractual aspects, including preparation, negotiation, and finalization of contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual terms and resolve any disputes or claims promptly.
  • Oversee the budgeting process for projects and keep costs within the allocated budget.
  • Track project financials and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to achieve maximum cost efficiency.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential financial or operational risks.
  • Implement strategies to mitigate risks while meeting project objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in contract management and negotiation.
  • Strong skills in budgeting and cost management.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
