About the Role

We are seeking an On-site Operations Admin Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. This role involves overseeing daily office operations and ensuring smooth workflows. You will be the point of contact for various administrative tasks and will support management in various functions. Responsibilities

  • Receive and distribute incoming faxes to the right personnel and guests.
  • Keep office equipment in working order and contact service representatives for repairs.
  • Transmit information or documents using various methods to ensure timely delivery.
  • Enter and retrieve information in computer databases to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees to build a strong team.
  • Provide assistance to coworkers and ensure they understand their tasks clearly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information to protect company interests.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards to enhance their experience.
  • Answer guest questions regarding property services and features to provide helpful information.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others to foster teamwork.

Requirements

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
