About the Role

We are seeking a Safety Investigations Team Lead to join our team in Taguig, National Capital Region (NCR). This is an onsite position where you will lead a team of Community Operations Specialists. Your role will focus on enhancing safety protocols and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will develop training programs and manage performance metrics. Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 10-15 Community Operations Specialists to ensure effective operations.
  • Manage SLA metrics and quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement QA and training programs to improve team performance.
  • Analyze team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Execute ad-hoc projects and share insights to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Understanding of customer support workflows and quality frameworks.
  • Familiarity with case management systems.
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.

  • Mandatory contributions

    Employer must contribute to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG on the employee's behalf.
