• Oversee shift management in fulfillment centers to ensure smooth operations.
• Create and maintain a safe working environment for all associates.
• Manage and train associates to enhance their performance and skills.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Provide critical shift-related information to support team decisions.
• Adjust labor allocation to meet operational plans effectively.
• Engage with support functions to resolve performance issues promptly.
• Solve logistics and supply chain challenges to improve efficiency.
