<h2>Job Title: People Operations Specialist - UAE</h2> <p>We are seeking a dedicated <strong>People Operations Specialist</strong> to support our HR operations in the UAE. This role is essential for ensuring smooth onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance with immigration requirements.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires across the UAE.</li> <li>Coordinate the collection, verification, and completion of all required hiring documentation.</li> <li>Ensure employment contracts, NDAs, Code of Conduct, and onboarding documents are signed and properly maintained.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT and Facilities teams, to facilitate onboarding.</li> <li>Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and document archives in compliance with company standards.</li> <li>Support visa, residency, and work permit processes in coordination with employees and external service providers.</li> <li>Follow up on biometric appointments, medical examinations, and government-related requirements.</li> <li>Track pending documentation and ensure timely completion of immigration-related processes.</li> <li>Review and maintain records of immigration expenses, invoices, and supporting documentation.</li> <li>Assist in employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, contract renewals, transfers, and status changes.</li> <li>Monitor probation reviews and follow up with managers on evaluation completion.</li> <li>Support attendance management, leave administration, and employee requests.</li> <li>Manage employee resignation and offboarding processes, including clearance procedures.</li> <li>Coordinate visa cancellation requirements and exit documentation.</li> <li>Assist with employee medical insurance enrollment, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.</li> <li>Liaise with insurance providers to ensure timely processing of employee requests.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>1-2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Coordination is preferred.</li> <li>Good knowledge of UAE HR operations and onboarding processes.</li> <li>Familiarity with UAE visa, work permit, and residency procedures is an advantage.</li> <li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.</li> <li>Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation packages and performance-driven incentive programs.</li> <li>Flexible hybrid work model supporting both in-office collaboration and remote productivity.</li> <li>Continuous career coaching to support your growth and long-term development.</li> <li>Emphasis on diversity and collaboration across borders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Visa Provided</strong> | Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.</p>

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1:2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Coordination is a plus. Good knowledge of UAE HR operations and onboarding processes. Familiarity with UAE visa, work permit, and residency procedures is preferred. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Very good communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Follow up on biometric appointments, medical examinations, and government-related requirements. Track pending documentation and ensure timely completion of immigration-related processes. Review and maintain records of immigration expenses, invoices, and supporting documentation. Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, contract renewals, transfers, and status changes. Maintain and update HR trackers, databases, and employee records. Monitor probation reviews and follow up with managers on evaluation completion. Support attendance management, leave administration, and employee requests. Assist in day-to-day HR operational activities while ensuring compliance with internal policies. Manage employee resignation and offboarding processes. Coordinate clearance procedures and required approvals with relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of resignations, exits, and employee status updates. Support final settlement preparation by validating leave balances and employee information. Coordinate visa cancellation requirements and exit documentation. Coordinate employee medical insurance enrollment, amendments, renewals, and cancellations. Liaise with insurance providers to ensure timely processing of employee requests. Support employees with insurance-related inquiries and documentation requirements. Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and insurance coverage.
