About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist - Full-Time - Dubai to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing essential information and support while ensuring a smooth operation of our office. You will play a key role in managing communication and assisting with administrative tasks to enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and address inquiries about company services and available properties.
  • Schedule appointments for clients with agents based on their specific needs.
  • Receive, distribute, and manage mail, including packages and letters.
  • Create and maintain databases of potential buyers or renters, capturing their interests and inquiries.
  • Provide general customer service by answering questions about policies, procedures, and neighborhood information.
  • Arrange repairs and maintenance services for clients' properties as needed.
  • Coordinate property showings with agents and clients, ensuring homes are prepared in accordance with guidelines.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and contractors regarding repair projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate transaction regulations by managing documentation and signatures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and procedures is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Visa Provided for suitable candidates.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
